Derek joins Allegiant Home Care with more than 22 years of healthcare experience in public, private, and private equity-owned entities. Before Allegiant Home Care, he was the Chief Clinical Officer at Kindred at Home. In his 22 years in healthcare, Derek has served in multiple roles leading clinical, operations, and specialty product development during his tenure. In addition, he is involved in national home care and physical therapy organizations and has served on technical expert panels for the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid.
