“Two years ago during the height of Covid we were able to move our mom from a facility in North Carolina to Georgia after the loss of our dad.  This decision was made and carried out in less than two weeks. “A few months ago we made the difficult decision to start looking for a new aide for my mother. Financially we were no longer able to pay out of pocket for an aide and we started the Medicaid process. We found our way to Allegiant when a friend recommended the agency to us.  From my very first phone call with Allie, I knew we were in good hands. The Medicaid process is complicated and time consuming. Allie helped me every step of the way. She told me questions to ask our lawyer and the DSS nurses. During this time I was doing all that I could to get him home.  The rehab was adamant on him staying until a possible 100 days or more.  I made all the connections for my husband to be discharged. That’s when Allegiant came to my rescue. Allegiant provides my husband with exceptional service. We have 24hours 7 days – (split sessions of 12 hours). Our aides (4) are professional, caring, helpful in every aspect of my husband’s care.  I’m able to call the office with inquiries and I get a quick response.  All the office personnel is diligent in listening and assisting with whatever questions I may have.
